Description: In order to obtain high quality fruit and vegetable juice, the raw materials have to be processed quickly and hygienically. Triowin provides Belt Press, which is also characterized high yield, to achieve this. Fruits and vegetables are fed and distributed continuously and uniformly over a lowerbelt. Next in the wedge zone an upper belt exerts a constantly increasing surface pressure on the product, thus building up a stable filter cake. The dewatering process continues in the pressing zone with the first stage utilizing a roller which provides for a quick discharge of the separated liquid to the sides. In a second stage, the product is pressed via multiple press rollers with decreasing roller diameters. By the alternating pressure and shear stress, the product is dewatered quickly to optimal cake dryness. To maintain consistent high pressing capacity, the belts are cleaned continuously using high pressure spray nozzles.
